We are writing to make you aware of essential telephone upgrades and maintenance happening at Folgate that are taking place Friday 21st March.
As a result of these upgrades, our telephone system will be inoperative from 9am for approximately one hour, during which time we will be unable to take or make internal or external calls. We do not expect these upgrades to take longer than an hour.
Whilst we have made every effort to minimise disruption to our brokers and staff, brokers will be unable to contact us via usual landline telephone numbers during the above period. You can still make contact with us using the email addresses below.
In order for us to prioritise your emails during our telephone system down time, please mark your email as ‘URGENT’ in the subject field and someone will get back to you as soon as possible.
