Public and Products’ Liability
Public liability cover is designed to protect policyholders from third parties (not including employees) when a claim is made against them or their business.
Products’ liability insurance is designed to protect policyholders from third parties (not including employees) caused by a product which has been sold, supplied or manufactured by your client.
Folgate’s Public and Products’ liability insurance comes as part of a combined package policy but can also be provided in isolation should it be required.
Excess of Loss Liability
When the indemnity limits available under a primary liability insurance policy is insufficient, Folgate’s Excess of Loss Liability insurance can provide top-up cover for Employers’ Liability and Public and Products’ Liability.
