How to make a claim

Submitting claims on an insurance policy can be a stressful experience. For peace of mind, you need to be satisfied that any claim will be handled efficiently and professionally.

New claims should be notified to Reserv Claims Analysis:

  • for primary policies incepted or renewed on or after 1st September 2024 (policies to which Hadron UK Insurance Company Ltd subscribe), and
  • for primary policies incepted or renewed between 1st January 2019 and 31st August 2024 (policies to which FICL subscribe).

New claims under Excess of Loss products will be notified to and handled by the relevant insurer’s nominated TPA (as detailed in the relevant policy wording).

New claims for policies incepted or renewed prior to 1st January 2019 will be reported to the relevant insurer’s nominated TPA.
